Before you can participate, we require that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Release of Liability: Participants release the game and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in the game.
2. Assumption of Risk: Participants in the game understand and acknowledge that there are certain risks involved in participating in the game, including the risk of physical injury or accidents. Participants assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of their participation in the game.
3. Driving or Operating Fast-Moving Vehicles: Participants acknowledge that the game may involve interactions with cars, bicycles, scooters, or other forms of fast-moving vehicles. The company explicitly states that it is not liable for any damages, injuries, accidents, or violations of traffic laws that may occur while using the product in conjunction with such vehicles. Participants are responsible for using caution, obeying traffic rules, and ensuring their own safety while incorporating the game into their activities. The company strongly advises against engaging in any behaviors that violate speeding laws or jeopardize personal safety. By using the product, participants agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with all applicable traffic regulations and laws.
4. Content Liability: The game is not responsible for any content available on Telegram outside of the game itself, including any other groups or bots that may be available on Telegram.
5. Code of Conduct: Participants in the event are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner while engaging with other players. The company is not liable for any player's behavior, including but not limited to, actions that are considered toxic, offensive, or otherwise in poor taste during the event. Participants are reminded that the game is intended for its primary purpose, which is reaching designated destinations and solving puzzles as part of the game's objectives. Any misuse or disruptive behavior that interferes with the game's intended purpose may result in consequences determined by the company, including potential removal from the event.
6. Weather: PartyRun strives to organize events in fair weather. However, in the event of inclement weather, including rain or storms, we retain the right to proceed with the event as scheduled. Attendees should prepare for varying weather conditions, and PartyRun is not liable for any discomfort caused by adverse weather. The decision to proceed with the event despite weather conditions is at our discretion. Please note that refunds will not be issued based on weather-related factors and are agreed to on a case-by-case basis.
7. Acts of God or Terrorism: Participants understand that in the event of acts of God, natural disasters, or terrorism, the game and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
8. Minimum Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate in the game. If a participant is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or obtain parental consent before participating in the game. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants affirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.
9. Minimum Participants Requirement: The minimum number of participants required for an event is 6 players. Participants acknowledge the event might get canceled if the minimum player quota is not met.
While using our product, please be aware of your surroundings, play and communicate safely. You agree that your use of the product is solely your responsibility and that you will not use the product to violate any applicable law, regulation, event policy, or instruction as detailed in these Terms of Use, and you will not encourage or enable any other person to do so.
You are responsible for making sure you are at a suitable fitness level to use the application. You must exercise common sense to determine if you are in good physical condition to perform the activity promoted by the app. If you have any doubts, please consult your doctor.
While using the application, ensure that you pay proper attention to your surroundings and do not put yourself at risk of injury or harm. In a special way:
1. Be careful when crossing roads;
2. Pay attention to runners and pedestrians;
3. Do not run on private land or in dangerous or unfamiliar areas;
4. Do not run while looking at your phone;
5. Stay in your comfort zone and do not run at night, especially in unfamiliar places or places you do not feel comfortable;
6. Only share your tracks with people you trust;
7. Do not share your contact information or other personal information with other users.
8. Obey traffic laws at all times.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENT, INJURY, DANGER OR OTHER CRIMINAL OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY THAT OCCURS WHILE USING THIS PRODUCT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PRACTICE APPROPRIATE SAFETY LEVELS FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF USING OUR PRODUCT, AND WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE INSURANCE OR REIMBURSEMENT FOR DAMAGES. BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF USE AND USING OUR PRODUCT YOU AGREE TO USE THE PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND TAKE APPROPRIATE PRECAUTIONS TO MINIMIZE THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGES.
